Does your Company need to be approved for Private Equity Financing for the expansion of your business or to acquire real estate, increase capacity, acquiring another company or to raise additional debt and/or equity to leverage the success of your business?

• Clients can be approved for private equity financing for $5 million dollars and higher.  The typical approval will be for 3-4 times the amount of earning their company shows before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization. 
  

• To be approved lenders will ask for full financials including 2 -3 years of business tax returns, the last 12 months of business bank statements, and personal financials for each person who owns more than 20% of the company.  The financials will need to reflect an annual revenue of 10 million or higher for approval.. 
  

• Pre-qualifications happen in as little as 4 business days.  A business owner can be fully approved and have access to their financing within 90 days or less.  Interest rates vary based on risk, typically ranging from 8% to 18%.
  

• Lenders also typically charge between 4 – 4.5 closing points that are rolled into the transaction.  Lender fees can be reduced by issuing company stock or a warrant to purchase stock.
